Walter Lippmann: The Public Philosophy
I was unable to import this twenty-six page excerpt from Walter Lippmann’s book, “The Public Philosophy”. I was able to upload it to my website and then embed a link to it. Please click on the link below. When the text appears, you will be able to enlarge the size of the print by clicking on the “+” sign either at the top or the bottom of the page. Then page through the text with the up and down arrows on your keyboard. The Nitro program also gives you ways to page through the text with forward or backward arrow symbols.
It is a an interesting and thoughtful essay. I think it is perhaps more relevant today than Lippmann could have predicted in 1955, when he wrote the book.
